1. The service

Crest Prestige publishes independent editorial notes about hotels at crestprestige.com. Rankings and copy are opinion grounded in public sources. The site is not a booking engine, travel agency checkout, gambling operator, payment processor, or investment advice service.

2. Acceptable use

You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial reference. Do not scrape the site in a way that harms availability, misrepresent our rankings as a paid endorsement, or use the content to imply we sell rooms or take wagers.

3. Accuracy

Hotels change rates, wings and policies often. Confirm rooms, fees and opening status with the property before you travel. See the Disclaimer.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, original text and our arrangement of the list belong to Crest Prestige. Hotel names, logos and marks remain the property of their owners.

5. Liability

As far as Polish and applicable law allow, Crest Prestige is not liable for lodging decisions after reading a folio stop, for third-party sites you visit next, or for short outages while Melbourne notes remap.

6. Adults and gaming context
